Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TryDirectFlow. By connecting an Instagram account to the TryDirectFlow Telegram bot, you accept them.

What the service is

TryDirectFlow sends one automatic reply to the first message of each new conversation in the Instagram Direct inbox of a connected account, records the conversation, and delivers a lead card to your Telegram with buttons for setting the outcome. It also produces reports over the recorded conversations.

The service is operated through a Telegram bot, which is the whole product as it stands today. A web application giving a browser view of the same leads and reports is in development; it is not part of the service yet and nothing in these terms should be read as a commitment to a date. There is no mobile application.

What the service is not

To avoid any misunderstanding about what you are paying for, the following are outside the scope of the service and are not promised, now or as a roadmap item:

  • it does not conduct a dialogue — after the first automatic reply, every further message is answered by you;
  • it does not use a language model and is not an AI assistant; the reply is your template, sent as written;
  • it does not build funnels, sequences or automated follow-ups;
  • it does not process comments or story mentions;
  • it does not retain your full correspondence — only the first and the last message of a session;
  • it does not provide campaign- or creative-level advertising attribution;
  • it does not include the Pro or Agency tiers, which are in development, are not on sale, and confer no rights until they are released.

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old and must have the right to operate the Instagram account you connect. You are responsible for the content of your reply templates and for everything sent from your account.

You must keep your use of the service within Instagram’s own Platform Terms and Community Guidelines. If Meta restricts or removes access to an account, the service cannot operate for that account, and TryDirectFlow is not liable for the consequences.

Acceptable use

You may not use TryDirectFlow to send unsolicited bulk messages, to impersonate another person or business, to distribute unlawful content, or to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours. Accounts used this way are suspended without refund.

Trial, plan and payment

  • The trial lasts 7 days and begins when you connect an Instagram account, not when you first open the bot.
  • The Starter plan costs €9 per month and includes 300 conversations per month and one Instagram account. It is the only plan that can be purchased. The Pro and Agency tiers shown on the site are in development; the prices shown for them are indicative, do not constitute an offer, and may change before those tiers are released.
  • Payment is arranged manually through the bot. This website does not process payments and does not store card details.
  • When the monthly conversation quota is used up, automatic replies stop until the period resets. Leads continue to be recorded and lead cards continue to arrive.

Prices may change. If they do, you are told in the bot before the change applies to your account, and you can stop using the service instead of accepting it.

Availability

The service is provided as it is, without a guaranteed uptime level. It depends on the Instagram and Telegram platforms, and an outage or a change on either of them can interrupt it. Planned maintenance is announced in the bot where it is foreseeable.

Your data

What is collected, why, and for how long is described in the Privacy Policy. Deletion is described in the Data Deletion Instructions.

Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time by disconnecting your Instagram account and asking for deletion in the bot. TryDirectFlow can suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or discontinue the service entirely with 30 days’ notice given in the bot.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TryDirectFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, or for business lost because a reply was not delivered. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes and the change is announced in the bot before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, and disputes are heard by the courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
