INSTAGRAM DIRECT · TELEGRAM-NATIVE

No first message goes unanswered

TryDirectFlow replies to the first message in your Instagram Direct within seconds, in the language the lead wrote in. It records the lead and shows you which channels bring paying clients. The whole product lives in a Telegram bot.

First message

Hi! Any slots left this Saturday?

14:32

Client In progress Declined
Sample data. Not a real conversation.

HOW IT WORKS

Five steps, and then it repeats

One loop. It runs the same way every time.

  1. step 01

A lead writes to your Direct for the first time

The first message of a new conversation is the only trigger. Nothing else starts the loop.

  2. step 02

The language of the message is detected

Detection is limited to the languages you set for your business — English, Ukrainian, Croatian.

  3. step 03

Your template goes out in that language, within seconds

The text is the one you wrote. It is sent as written, the same way every time.

  4. step 04

The lead and the conversation are written to the database

Who wrote, when, in which language, through which channel, and what the enquiry was.

  5. step 05

A lead card arrives in your Telegram

With three buttons — Client, In progress, Declined. You set the status; that is what turns a lead into a sale in the reports.

PRODUCT DECISIONS

The parts that were decided, not accumulated

Each of these could have gone the other way. Here is which way it went and why.

  • Only the first message is answered automatically

One conversation produces one card. Later messages in the same conversation edit that card instead of pushing a new notification.

why An auto-reply on every message turns a working day into a stream of alerts. One card per enquiry is an order of magnitude fewer notifications for exactly the same number of leads.

  • When the detector is unsure, the lead chooses

Instead of guessing, the reply shows language buttons and the lead taps one.

why Every tap is a labelled example. Detector accuracy is measured from those taps rather than estimated.

  • A conversation is one enquiry, not a person

A lead who comes back weeks later opens a new conversation with its own outcome.

why The earlier result stays where it is. A later visit never overwrites the sales history of the first one.

  • Instagram is connected once and then left alone

A single OAuth pass during setup. After that you do not open Instagram for any part of this.

why Anything that needs regular attention inside the Instagram app is a task you will eventually stop doing.

  • Onboarding asks exactly one required question

Which languages you answer in. Everything else has a default you can change later, or never.

why A setup wizard with twelve required fields is a wizard most people abandon at field four.

ANALYTICS

Which channels bring paying clients

Every conversation is counted. Sales are counted because you press the button on the card. The two together are the report.

  • Conversations

    Enquiries in the period.

  • Unique people

How many distinct leads those conversations came from.

  • By language

The split across the languages you answer in.

  • By source

    Direct, story reply, ad, share.

  • Conversation rate

    Counted automatically from message events.

  • Sale rate

From the Client button you press on the lead card.

  • Sales among engaged

Of the leads who wrote more than once, how many bought.

  • Returning share

How much of the flow is people who had written before.

  • Median lead reply time

How long leads take to answer you back.

  • Two windows: the last 7 days and the last 30 days.
  • Full history exports to .xlsx at any time.
  • Source is a channel, not a campaign. Campaign and creative names are not available.

WHAT IT DOES NOT DO

A narrow tool, on purpose

This is the list we would rather you read before paying than discover after. Everything below is out of scope by design, not missing from the roadmap.

  • not this: It does not hold a conversation

One reply to the first message, and that is the end of the automation in Direct. No branches, no menus, no scripted dialogue. The second message is yours to answer.

  • not this: It is not an AI assistant

The reply is your template, sent as you wrote it. No language model is involved anywhere in the reply path.

  • not this: It is not a funnel builder

There are no stages, no drip sequences and no automated follow-ups. There is one reply and a record of what happened.

  • not this: It does not watch comments or story mentions

Direct messages only. A comment under a post will not create a lead.

  • not this: It does not keep your correspondence

Of each session it stores the first message and the last one. The middle of the conversation is not retained.

  • not this: There is no mobile app

On a phone, Telegram is the interface. A separate app would be one more thing to install, sign into and update, for no capability the bot does not already have.

WHERE IT RUNS

Telegram now, the browser next

The bot is not a companion to a web app that is coming later. It is the product. The web application being built adds a second way to look at the same data, not a second place to run the thing.

  • Telegram bot

    available now

Everything: connecting Instagram, writing your reply templates, the lead cards with the CRM buttons, the reports and the .xlsx export. Nothing about the product requires any other software.

  • Web application

    in development

A browser view of the same leads and the same reports, for the times a phone keyboard is not the right tool. Lead cards will keep arriving in Telegram — that part is not moving.

There is no mobile app and none is planned.

  • Pro

    in development

    €19 per month

For a Direct that outgrows one report a week.

    • Everything in Starter
    • 1,000 conversations per month
    • The full analytics history, not 30 days
    • Reports daily, weekly or monthly
    • The .xlsx arrives on the same schedule
    • 3 notification recipients
  • Agency

    in development

    €39 per month

For someone running Direct on behalf of clients.

    • Everything in Pro
    • Conversations not capped
    • 5 Instagram accounts
    • Notification recipients not capped
    • One combined report across every account

The 7-day trial runs on Starter and begins the moment you connect Instagram, not when you open the bot.

On Starter the bot shows the last 30 days. The .xlsx export always covers the full history — nothing is deleted at 30 days, it is a limit on the view, not on the record.

If the 300 conversations run out, automatic replies stop until the period resets. Leads are still recorded and lead cards still arrive — you just answer the first message yourself.

Payment is arranged manually in the bot; there is no checkout on this site and no card is stored here. The Pro and Agency prices are indicative, not an offer — neither tier can be bought until it ships.
